We recently underwent a pretty serious website overhaul, and one of our favorite new site features is a much-improved shopping cart, called an Event Cart. In this article, we'll explain how to create an Event Cart, how to switch between multiple Event Carts while shopping, and how to add custom delivery drop zones to an Event Cart. 

What's an Event Cart?

An Event Cart is just like a regular shopping cart, but it is tied to a specific event and comes with features specifically designed to help busy event professionals stay organized. Both trade and consumer accounts can use Event Carts, but you must be logged in to use this feature. lf you haven’t done so already, create an SDPR account.

 How to Create a New Event Cart

It’s busy season and you’re working on multiple events at the same time. You want to source and organize rentals for all of your events without placing an order just yet. The answer? Multiple Event Carts. Here's how to take advantage of this feature.

Step 1

You can access your Event Carts from any page on our website by clicking on the "ACTIVE EVENT CART" drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of every page (#1).

To create a new event cart, click "Create New Event Cart" (#2).
