Something Different Party Rental, along with our team at The SDPR Event Shoppe in the Hamptons, collaborated to create a wedding weekend filled with everlasting memories for Tracey Kornfeld of TMK Interiors and Jason Engleman.
Setting the Stage
Our team, led by Chief Difference Maker Seth Stern, Event Designer Ryan Atlas, and Tami Wilson-Brandt, partnered with incredible vendors to transform the couple's Hamptons home into a beautiful rehearsal dinner venue.
Stylish Touches for an Intimate Gathering
Raw wood folding chairs complemented round tables with cornflower blue jute table linens. Guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres presented on our elegant servingware: complimentary blue serving plates from the Vinci Teal Collection, White Washed Wood Square Trays, and the Crab Cocktail Tray. Our new Zafferano Pina Pro tabletop lighting provided a warm glow throughout the evening, eliminating the need for unsightly wires around the hightops by the pool. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the flickering candles and crackling fire set the mood for a truly unforgettable evening.
A Beachfront Fairytale Comes True
The wedding day unfolded at one of the Hamptons' most exclusive beach clubs. Our team transformed the space into a magnificent beachfront setting. A natural wood archway adorned with floral arrangements by Miles Dallas marked the start of the ceremony. The reception area boasted a cocktail hour set on the manicured lawn with wicker seating, lounge couches, round tables featuring our White Wash Willow Chairs and Stone Jute tablecloths.
Elegant Details Create a Lasting Impression
For the cocktail stations, we chose White Glass Bowls from the Vinci Collection alongside contrasting black serving flatware from the York Collection. Passed hors d'oeuvres were displayed on Black Billow Rim Trays with bite-sized selections served on White Square Tasting Spoons.
The reception space featured a mix of modern and organic elements. We selected our Smoke Grey Pure Chair, a semi-translucent seat paired with Stone Jute linens. Each guest received one of our most unique dinner plates – Perfect Imperfection by visual artist Roos van de Velde. Inspired by nature, these porcelain pieces are each one-of-a-kind. The Sen Collection glassware brought a distinctive touch to the tablescape with its stylish silhouette.
A Magical Conclusion
Every piece of decor was carefully curated to create a cohesive and breathtaking experience. As the dancing ended, the newlyweds and their guests were escorted by the warm glow of boxed candles down the boardwalk to a private fire on the sandy beach. Complete with s'mores sticks, wooden benches, white sandals, and cozy blankets, it was the perfect ending to a magical celebration.
